Before I started with Osa, I hadn't worked out or eaten well on a regular basis in about half a year. I was much heavier and more easily tired than I wanted to be, and it was showing. After working with Osa, not only were my energy and strength up and my weight down, but I was also just in a much better, more positive mood.

My three big wins...the first one is probably the most obvious, and that's actually losing weight-which ultimately was my goal. The second might be surprising to Osa. When I started, there were these inch worms that were supposed to be a part of the warm-up, but they had me breathing hard every time. That those actually now feellike a warm up is something I'm proud of. And finally, planks! I hated them when we started, I still hate them. But I've gotten a lot better at them, and was able to feel that I'd gotten stronger each time Osa made me do them at the end of a session.
